We want you to feel totally comfortable when shopping with CHOUPA. Sometimes, what seemed like the perfect fit for your brand or business turns out not to be quite right, and that’s okay.
Whether it’s a large pavement sign or a set of table numbers, returning a product to us is straightforward and worry-free.

Returning unopened products

Once the product arrives back at our warehouse, we will inspect the package to confirm that it is still sealed and in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price using the same payment method you used for your order.¹

We understand that you may want to see how a product fits, looks, or blends into your venue before making a final decision. That’s why we also accept returns of products that have been opened, provided they are sent back with all original parts, in their original packaging, and free from damage, stains or scratches.²⁻³ If our warehouse confirms these conditions, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price by the payment method used at checkout.¹

Products that can't be returned

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes all customized products, such as custom vinyl stickers or pavement signs with pre-applied vinyl stickers. In addition, products that are dirty, stained, damaged, incomplete, or have been altered in any way and/or products purchased during sale periods, are not eligible for return or refund.

General terms and conditions

Before registering a return, please take note of the following CHOUPA return policy terms and conditions:

  • All return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
  • We can only process return requests accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice.
  • Return requests must be approved and confirmed by our team before returning the product. Returns sent without prior approval may lead to delays, complications, denial of the refund, and/or additional costs at the customer's expense.
  • ​If the returned product and its packaging is in good condition, we’ll refund the full purchase price by the payment method used for purchase.¹
  • If the original packaging has been damaged beyond reuse or the product was returned in packaging other than its original packaging, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund amount to cover the cost of replacement packaging.²
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds

After we accept your return request, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to return your product and an estimate of the refund amount. Please note that this estimate is not final; the actual refund amount depends on the inspection of the returned product and its packaging. Once we’ve received and positively inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancelling a CHOUPA order

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original parts, in their original packaging, and free from damage, stains or scratches.²⁻³ You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All FAQs

Can I drop off a return in person?

No. At this time, we do not accept in-person returns. All returns must be shipped back to us via postal or courier services, following the instructions provided once your return has been approved.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible. However, the same return terms and conditions apply to the item you wish to send back. If you need the replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product instead of waiting for the return and validation process to be completed. This way, you won’t experience unnecessary delays.

Do you refund shipping costs?

No. Standard shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception is if you received the wrong item or a damaged product; in those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs once the issue has been verified.

I have received a damaged product. What should I do?

We carefully prepare and ship each order, but sometimes issues can occur in transit. We’re truly sorry if your item arrived damaged, and we’ll make sure to resolve it quickly so you can enjoy your CHOUPA purchase without worry.

If you find that your product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at returns@choupasigns.com. Include your proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos of the issue, so our team can evaluate the problem and arrange the right solution.

Did the damage occurred during unboxing or assembly?
Please contact us at returns@choupasigns.com with a description of what happened and supporting photos/videos. If possible, we will help by providing a replacement part or we’ll work with you to find another suitable solution.

How to contact CHOUPA?

  1. "Full purchase price” refers only to the returned product's price as paid at the time of the order. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  2. A restocking fee of €12,00 will be deducted from the refund if the original packaging cannot be reused and/or if the return was sent back in non-original packaging.
  3. Products that are returned with stains, dirt, scratches, or other damage beyond what is considered reasonably necessary to inspect the item will not qualify for a refund. In such cases, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
