Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from our warehouse in Belgium.
What are the shipping rates and times?

Shipping TIme: 1-3 business days. This does not account for the time we need to pick and pack your order (usually up to 2 business days).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above €300 ship free, no matter where you are in the EU.
Will I get tracking info?
Absolutely. Every order comes with a Track & Trace code, sent by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
UK customers: Will I need to pay import duties and taxes?
Yes, if your order is shipped to the UK, local VAT and import duties may apply. These are not included in your order total and will be charged by customs before delivery.

My order arrived damaged. What now?
in the rare case you received the wrong items and/or damaged products. Take photos of the product and packaging right away, then email us. We’ll fix it, either with a replacement or a refund.
Products
Do you offer personalised products?
Absolutely! Our iconic pavement signs are fully customisable. If you choose this option, we’ll include your branding — cut from high-quality PVC film — in the same box as your sign. For a small additional fee, you can also receive your CHOUPA pavement sign fully assembled and ready to use.
How do I add personalised branding to my pavement sign?
If you selected personalised branding when placing your order, you’ll receive an email containing guidelines, templates and tips.

What are the requirements for custom designs?
Guidelines
- Total design area: 40 × 70 cm (W × H)
- Line thickness should be at least 2 mm
- We recommend using sans serif fonts
- The colour of your artwork doesn’t matter. We advise using 100% black so our plotting software can easily detect all shapes. Your design will later be precisely cut from matte white PVC film.
- Always send us your design as a PDF file.

Having trouble preparing your design? No worries! Every design is reviewed for free by one of our team members. We only proceed to production once everything looks perfect.

How do I send you my design?
Once your design is ready, you can send it to us by email at print@choupasigns.com or upload it using the handy upload tool in your personal dashboard. No account is required — simply log in with the same email you used during checkout.
You have 30 days to submit your design. This timeframe is usually sufficient for customers or external studios to prepare the artwork. Need more time? Just let us know and we’ll put your order on hold.
As soon as we receive your design, we'll get to work.
Are the products delivered ready-made?
Some products, such as pavement signs and menu boards, require minimal assembly upon delivery. All necessary materials are included in the package, and each product comes with a clear, easy-to-follow manual.
Orders
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I change my design after placing the order (sidewalk signs)?
If you need to make changes after uploading your design, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been sent to production, changes may be difficult and could result in additional costs.
What if I didn't get an order confirmation?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, get in touch with us, and we’ll resend it.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. For larger orders, please get in touch with us directly to discuss pricing and options.
Invoicing
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Absolutely! Every order comes with a professional invoice, provided you entered your company details at checkout (specifically in the shopping cart, just above the “Checkout” button).
Missed this step when placing your order? Fill in this contact form and we’ll send your invoice as soon as possible.
My company details are incorrect. What should I do?
No worries. Contact us via this contact form, including your order number and the corrected company details. We’ll issue an updated invoice for you.
Are your prices excl. VAT?
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of taxes (VAT excluded).
Rest of world
If you purchase as an EU-registered company (or on behalf of one) and filled in the form “Need an invoice?” in the shopping cart, VAT will automatically be reversed at checkout.
Every order comes with a commercial invoice that you can easily use for your accounting.
Belgium
VAT reversal is not possible for Belgian companies.
If you purchase as a Belgian self-employed person or company, VAT will always be charged, but it can be reclaimed via your accounting, as long as the purchase relates to your business activities. We provide you with a clear, compliant invoice ready for your accounting.

If something isn’t as it should be, we’ll make it right. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise under normal use.
